In JII's class 10,000 capable (a rating that permits the handling of OTCs and pharmaceuticals) and ultra low-humidity controlled facility, we do our own blending for encapsulation, tableting and straight powder fills.

With the different size blenders we have on site, we are able to blend practically any size batch that your order requires, from small R&D trials, to large scale full production runs.

JII also offers blending as a stand alone service if that is what you require.

Manufacturing excellence is the goal of JII’s state-of-the-art facility. All manufacturing takes place in rooms individually controlled for temperature, humidity and particulate levels. A skilled staff is dedicated to ensuring that the plant meets the highest standards, including NSF and FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

JII is equipped with a variety of fully automatic tablet presses. We can produce a wide range of round and shaped tablets in any batch size. We have the ability to create chewable, effervescent and time-release tablets as your formula requires.

JII provides bi-layer tableting options as well. Bi-layer tableting is ideal for multiple active ingredients, or different release profiles. In addition, bi-layer tablets can be ideal for value-added marketing strategies for nutritional supplement marketers looking to differentiate their product.

Our quality control procedures ensure that tablet specifications such as hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration, dissolution and content uniformity are consistent to each production batch manufactured for our customers.

JII is equipped with a variety of automatic and semi-automatic encapsulation machines to produce two-piece hard shell gelatin or vegetarian capsules in clear or color. 

We manufacture a broad range of capsule sizes from 000 all the way to size 4. Our fully automatic machines work at a high rate production, whereas our semi-automatic equipment offers more flexibility for unique customer requirements.
